Delta Haul provides freight transportation and logistics services including full truckload, less-than-truckload, warehousing, expedited shipping, and specialized hauling. Specific service terms, pricing, and schedules are outlined in individual service agreements between Delta Haul and the client.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to disrupt the website, uploading malicious code, collecting user information without consent, and violating applicable laws.
Clients using our services agree to provide accurate shipment information, ensure proper packaging and labeling of freight, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and make timely payments according to agreed terms.
Delta Haul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the shipment as specified in the service agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Haul, DHB LOGISTICS LLC, and their employees from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pickaway County, Ohio.
